The Case:
Our client, E.V., was cited for driving without a license under Florida Statute 322.34(2)(b). He had forgotten to pay a traffic ticket which led to his license being suspended.

Unfortunately, E.V. failed to appear for his arraignment and the judge issued a warrant for his arrest. When he realized he had missed his court date, he contacted our office. Our team quickly filed a motion to withdraw the warrant and we were able to get the warrant removed without E.V. having to go into custody or pay the bond. We then assisted E.V. in obtaining a driver’s license and worked with the prosecutor to reduce his criminal charge to a civil infraction. Our client was thrilled with the outcome and we were happy to help him get back on track.
